I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment truck down and in shop wont be ready till monday

Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time Sal did not call me numerous times, only once. I sent him an email explaining that my boat delivery in PA. was delayed because the shipper wasn't in town and I had to wait for him to return. I tried to make this work but this person who calls me UNPROFESSIONAL seems to be UNPROFESSIONAL cause he won't admit to the email I sent. I have a copy of it. Email contact is the best way to go in these situations.

This was the best experience ever! At of all the transporters that I have delt with, previous shippers were horriible and unprofessional. However SHEP was very professional easy to deal with and best of all, he delivered on time like he said he would. No wonder why he doesn't have any negatives on his profile. I am defintely going to use him again, and I encourage everybody else to do the same. That is if you want the best experience with no worries. I look forward in doing business with you.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I called the Jay several times and left him numerouse voicemails. He never returned any of my phone calls. He said he would pick up the trailer on the 28th of November in Ohio and delivered to California by the third. It is now the 1st of December and still no trailer or phone call to let me know what is going on. There is no way he can be in California by Wednesday with the trailer and now I am behind on schedule for my business. Very un professional.
