After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider I’m canceling because when talking to the shipper, i felt like there was some risk to having issues down the road (consideration to previous reviews also increases the overall perceived risk). When I talked to the seller, he was very respectful and nice and would consider again if my shipment were less critical.
