Julio was very professional, prompt and handled our items with care. Unlike other shippers, he was not just there to pick up and drop off; He helped pack and unpack our items. He was extremely easy to speak with and/or get a hold of and he went out of his way to keep us informed where he was before picking up and after the shipment was delivered. We will continue to use him and recommend him to anyone.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment recieved call today that shipper was involved in auto accident and his vehicle was totaled and would not be able to pick up the shipment.
