The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped this customer changed the shipping time-frame and had restrictions we tried to help them out but they didnt understand that its difficult to make things happen when changes happen unexpected Response from Richard Z.: THE SHIPPING TIME FRAME NEVER CHANGED.THERE WERE NO CHANGES. I BOOKED ON 9/13/2011. I CANCELED ON 10/10/2011.tHEY WOULDN'T ANSWER ANY OF MY CALLS WHICH WAS ABOUT 50 OR 60 CALLS. WHEN I DID GET THROUGH I USED *67 SO THEY DIDN'T KNOW WHO WAS CALLING .I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

I had a truck available on the 12th day of booking, and my bid indicated pick up within 10 days. The costumer chose to pickup the car himself. Response from Richard Z.: They couldn't shipped for price they bid. The time for pick was 10 days not 12 days and not at bid price.I had to haul car my self. Wouldn't have them haul for me.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE . I HAVE FOR A MONTH TRIED TO GET THIS COMPANY TO HAUL MY CAR. THEY WOULD NOT ANSWER MY CALLS. THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO BID ON U-SHIP.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The service provider could not haul the the shipment for his bid price. He didn't get in touch with me . I emailed him serveral times no reply .Finally called got him on the phone. He could not find any body to haul my shipment for the price that he bid. I needed to get the shipment to TN. it was past the deliver date. I had to rent equipment and haul it my self. He could not honor his bid. That not my fault.I don't want a credit I want my money back.If any questions call at 1-740-838-4219 Response from BestPriceAutoShippers: Sorry about that. I did send you the email promptly. The problem was that the shipping was booked at the time when gas prices marked the highest point and the truck company cancelled the load at the last moment.
