The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Hello,
TForce Freight failed to show up FOUR TIMES (Oct 14 11-3pm, Oct 18 11-3pm and Oct 18, 3-4:15 after calling their dispatch center, and Oct 19th 11-3pm).
I want a full refund for their failure to perform and to book another carrier.
