I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. Customer left no proper phone number to contact about the pickup. I told him I can only pickup today. He’s not responding to emails and I have no way of contacting anyone about this shipment. This is very unprofessional and I am literally sitting at the side of the road waiting for some form of contact.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time From communication with my person in USA. The transporter was meant to turn up last night as arranged but. Didn’t. Disappointing. Can we reslist it again and get a transporter who will pick it up please
