I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period We have only been able to contact the provider once last week, we have called both numbers left msgs, sent e-mails, with no success. We have now Booked this shipment with another company, we would like to get a refund for what we paid Uship. Thank you.

I would like to offer My deepest apologies to this shipper I went on vacation and left my employees that had work for me for 5 years to take call of this job and others.they no longer work for My company im very sorry

On time and everything good. But he made us pay the Booking fee of $123.77 twice, we were forced to pay otherwise equipment will not unload and was going to be taken to a storage. BEWARE!!!

"Beware of this Shipper" They misrepresent dimensions on postings and then try not to pay in full."Be Careful" Document all agreements as they will try to say they did not agree after the fact. The dimensions on one piece were: Height:9 feet Actual:10 ft 10 inches / Length:9 feet Actual:15 feet/Weight:1,500lb. Actual:15,300lb. 7/15/09 Decision from U-Ship "We do see where it was agreed that Pedro would pay $1,200 directly to you rather than original $920" Tried to get driver to unload before pay

Started very good, however at the end he left off one small piece and it was never picked up, now I have to pay extra $95 to get it to my place.

DO NOT TRUST THIS SHIPPER i drove over 26 hunderd miles picking things up for them and when i arrive at drop off it took me over 3 hours for someone to pay me.. they state false info in shipment listing stating that something is 100 lbs when it is over 300 and takes 2 people to move went to some pick ups and had to wait because piece was no longer there or there paper work was wrong.. and no one there could fix it.... do not trust this shipper
