I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. communication. called customer 3-4 times for 2 days, no answer. Called uship. Left email address, let phone number. Customer called 3 days later wanting to know if I could do it and I explained that I couldn't after trying to contact for days. She did not realize she was missing phone calls.
