Picked up 4/25, delivered 5/6 after a 5/4 'attempt' where driver went to the incorrect address (not the one provided on the BOL) and sent a message saying 'incorrect address' and 'refused'. On a 5/5 delivery that was only rescheduled b/c uship contacted CT, the goods were delivered damaged beyond use. The 2 small pallets of paper had been removed from their original packaging and CT rewrapped the pallets over damaged product. The leadtime published was 3-4 and they showed up at 7 b-days.
