The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Took over 2 weeks to get a truck to even arrive for pick up, was told they were sending a semi with step deck, showed up with a 20k trailer and was turned away. I did state it was 19k my best guess, it is a 2014 f750 utility. But who would book a 19k piece 2200 miles on a 20k trailer from a best guess? I picked them because they stated semi so if I was off on the weight it would not be a problem. Stated that I needed it picked up as soon as possible, sent multiple pics of vehicle. They guarantee

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time original rep. that scheduled our shipment no longer works for the company. had agreed on pick-up within 7 days, had arrangement with pick-up to help complete loading, after multiple reschedules and different points of contact, along with request for payment before delivery, I no longer feel comfortable using their services.
