After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider i contacted the customer as soon as they booked the shipment. I asked what time do they want me there on the 30th to pickup. The customer told me 8am i said thats fine then customer states i hope you have help thats its not just you hope you have help to load. I told the customer my bid was for self service customer load packs wraps and stated like i have in my bid that i am willing to help load but expected help with the self service and customer states they want to cancel the load.

This shipper was very easy to work with. Moving can be a very stressful time and they were very trusting and helpful.

they were an hour and a half late so I missed an appointment, then first thing he did was complain that I had more stuff than what was on the inventory sheet. I said no all thins is on it and he complained more as he and pulled up the inventory sheet then said oh and walked away. then he left about 20% of my things in the apartment. I have had to make 4 trips so far to the storage unit and I have more to go.

First of all you are getting a qoute on your inventory you have to lie about to get a cheap rate. You was sitting there like your back was broken you could've said something n if that was the case instead you wanted to have something to complain about but that's ok deal with your handicap sir God bless you anyways.

Customer canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward I did not realize it was a self load i need someone to do the loading as well. and it was jsut accepted less than an hour ago
