The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped Customer wanted enclosed prior to booking. I informed them I only had open transport. They were ok with that. They had since changed their thought process of that and I don't have room on this haul to put it inside my enclosed area. I agree to cancel the transport as this stuff happens. Customer needs to feel confident about there transport.
