Brad waited until the outside time limit to pick up the motorcycle. His trailer was so big, I think he loaded and unloaded several times along the way. I couldn't get a call into him without calling UShip customer service first. There was absolutely no tracking whatsoever on this move.
In the end, the item was delivered three days late, in perfect condition. From now on, I am not going to recommend non-bidded loads, and I will never paid totally upfront again.
The UShip staff was wonderful.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped My seller went to the Cleveland Clinic Hospice to die two days before shipment was to occur. Sellers wife failed to notify me or REads2100 that she would not be available to send shipment. REads2100 failed to reach seller before leaving to pickup item. REads2100 called me day shipment was supposed to occur and told me he was 15 miles out from Seller, and still hadn't made contact. In my mind, both REads2100 and my sellers were poor communicators. I had talked to the seller 6 days befor the shippment was to be picked up. Was set up that I would call her when I was 1 hour away from the pick up place. The shipper know that the seller went into hospice 2 days before the pickup date never told me about that and I was not able to reach the shipper untill I had been at the pickup site for about one hour. I had been tring to reach both the seller and the shipper for 2 to 3 hours before Shipper called me back.

Did an excellent job of pickup and delivery. Has a tendancy to fib.Took my car way out of route so he could spend night at home

I don't understand this at all. No fibs. This car was picked up 50 miles from my home and kept overnight prior to leaving on a trip that was over 3000 miles total over 800 to delivery of this. It was on our trailer from pick up til delivery. Delivered 1 day early with absolutely NO DAMAGE FROM US. It had the exact same milage on it when delivered as when picked up. Dale we are sorry you feel we fibbed about anything. We were COMPLETELY HONEST with you about everything.

No professionalism here! There were several body dings to my golfcart. Ben said he did not inspect the cart when he left because the shipper drove off.
The load was picked up in Miami and delivered to central Arkansas. The night before delivery, BigBen drove home and spent the night 150 miles north of the delivery point. He told me he needed to was the cart because it was dirty.
The cart was delivered the next afternoon with splattered bugs all over it, not washed. It is hard to believe B

Some people you can't please no matter what you do Dale bought the golfcart off ebay sight unseen everyone knows that a good camera will not show detail he made a bad purchase and tried to blame me for it sorry about your luck...I take pride in what I do thanks for your business anyways

Jeff is excellent. Golfcart came in a day earlt, in perfect condition! Load was clean, paperwork good, and he is an excellent communicator. Highly recommended.
