The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The car is inoperable. We had a driver to pick it up, but as the car didn't run, he was't able to take it. We would have been able to take care of the shipment if the car was operable(as listed in Uship).

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved After the booking process, the customer added a personal items more than 500 lbs. It's clearly stated in our T&C that this is the subject of additional funds.

We encountered some communication problems with this customer from the start. I got him a driver, the driver got mad due to the customer never answering and he left the pickup location. This customer likes to verbally insult people He had the second driver wait almost 4 hrs. when he text him saying he would be there in 30 mins. The customer did not show till 2 pm.

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it I am not comfortable with this customer.We tried our best to get his shipment pick up, but no clear information and not able to pay via credit card .NOT trustworthy!! Canceling because this is NOT how business should be conducted and I have lost trust!

Customer canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward The client does not feel comfortable making the payment by credit card. According to our terms and conditions the payment is by credit card. Another payment method Pay pal has been offered.
