The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it yes we are a broker and my user name shows that so its your fault you didnt read!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved We are having a difficult time locating an available driver. All parties mutually agreed to cancel. Thank you

I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. Tried many many times to contact to arrange for pick up and could never get an answer.

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it We sent the driver to pick up the truck and this happened:
1) The people at the pick up location didn't want to release the truck
2) They wanted the driver to put the title of the truck under his name
3) The driver called the contact at the drop of location and the receiver didn't know anything about the truck.
I personally spoke with the receiver and he said that was not aware of this truck and they are relatives.
I tried several times to reach the customer to figure this out and he's

The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped Have not heard back from the customer. I am assuming he does not need it shipped anymore

I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. Messaged, e-mailed and left multiple phone messages for both parties and no answer to any communication. Went to the pickup location three times and nobody knows the contact person or items to be picked up. Wasted too much time trying to get these items.
