The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it We sent the driver to pick up the truck and this happened: 1) The people at the pick up location didn't want to release the truck 2) They wanted the driver to put the title of the truck under his name 3) The driver called the contact at the drop of location and the receiver didn't know anything about the truck. I personally spoke with the receiver and he said that was not aware of this truck and they are relatives. I tried several times to reach the customer to figure this out and he's

I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. Messaged, e-mailed and left multiple phone messages for both parties and no answer to any communication. Went to the pickup location three times and nobody knows the contact person or items to be picked up. Wasted too much time trying to get these items.

Vehicle was INOP.. Customer was complete jerk. Had no delivery address. Had incorrect pickup phone number. Had us park in the street to unload vehicle and nearly get ticketed. Customer had me waiting for over 15 mins for payment. No regards for other people's time.
