I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. After the customer accepted the bid, we talked on a Wednesday and he said he would forward me the paperwork for picking up the item first thing Monday morning. I got no paperwork by Sunday, and messaged him both Sunday and Monday about the paperwork. I received no reply and no paperwork by Monday afternoon, so am needing to cancel the shipment.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider The service provider is not reliable; everyday he gave an excuse of either he has misplaced ibis phi epsilon or his car keys; sometimes he got pulled over and he could not make it. He took the provider more than 7 days from the scheduled date to go pick up the loads then once he got to the location he asked for a down payment . Not trustworthy, not reliable.
