After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer Poor communication with customer after trying to confirm details about the shipment

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Upon arrival we waited for 40 mins because Jonathan was not retuning our phone calls or the pick up location call either until 2 hours later for my finalizing the payment on the items which is didn’t even pay for. Once we saw the items it was clear that the Jonathan has lied. a warehouse full of office furniture’s that will required two 26’ trucks, which Jonathan didn’t mention on Uship. When that was brought to Jonathan attention he mentioned that he never saw the items that he was purchasin
