I apologize for inconvenience sorry you think that way I have a window until the 24 to get bike picked up due to family emergency had to to move date of pick up closer to my death line which is 9/24 was last day of pick up apologize for inconvenience and strong words are used I don’t know who would lie of a death of a family but unexpected news I got and could meet my original day of pick up

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The handlebars are locked without keys. I have no way to roll it onto my trailer. I really wish I could have helped. Good luck
