Kim and her daughter worked above and beyond with picking up our new pup! She was sure to send lots of photos and videos and answered all calls and texts in a timely manner! She also was VERY flexible and worked well with the breeder when I had to keep changing pickup due to a fmaily emergency. I highly recommend using her when traveling and needing help with transporting your animal. She had our dog's best interest for every decision that had to be made!
