Customer feels I misrepresented my business and/or services I never asked her for any additional payment , I only asked if there's any help in the house hold that will also help in moving , and we were on this discussion , while she shut off and never pick again , she never requested for white gloves service, and I was explaining to her , that's how she shouted on me and shut the phone. I had called severally and sent message , she's not responding , because she has hidden agenda.

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Sam texted me 3 hours before my move back to Texas today and asked if I had help to move my items. I was stunned, as that the service I paid for was I pack my own things, the mover loads and unloads. He said it was my responsibility to load and unload my items along with them. He also stated that moving and loading my items were 2 different things, and that it would be an additional charge to load and unload my items. He is dishonest and a scammer.
