I did not show up at agreed upon date and time I booked this on January 5, 2016 and as of tonight January 13, 2016 the puppy has not been picked up. Shipment was promised Saturday (9th) and delivered Sunday (10th). The puppy is 2 lbs. I fear if he did pick the pup up - he would spend weeks delivering her which would risk her life. I checked his cancellations and it was not surprising. I have never dealt with anyone like this ever on uship.

I will use Karin again, he was on time, delivered the dog from Fl to TX in a day's time which was great for the dog. Karin answered every time I called. K & L is transporting on a much smaller version then most which was awesome! Karin and his helper were very nice people to work with. Thank you so much, it was a pleasure to transport a dog for a change! Will call Karin from K&L AGAIN!!
