I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment customer demanded to pay by check after delivery. we do not accept checks and we do not take payments after delivery as is clearly stated in our bid agreement. all our household bids are 50% immediate deposit and we offer no exceptions.

Shipper requested 50% down payment via paypal so he could purchase the trailer to perform my move. He had no funds to perform this move. I made a downpayment via uship but would NOT transfer funds via Paypal a week before he arrived. I believe that is reasonable.

Great move and wonderful company. Andrew and Andy moved our entire household from AZ to NC. They worked extremely hard loading and unloading, the move was perfect. Everything was perfect and i will use the movers again. Great people and wonderful move.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment 2 days before the pick up Shiper informs me that they do not own the equipment needed. They requested I pay half up front via paypal so they can purchase the needed equipment. I did not agree to pay half via paypall 2 days before they arrived. I agreed to pay up front once they arrived and loading began, however this was not agreed upon. They do not have the equipment or resources to complete this move.

Dear customer, you ambushed us with your unacceptable payment method after you agreed to pay the user friendly terms in our contract. Now we are left stranded with no shipment and are forced to suffer a loss as you have canceled at the last possible moment. This is the exact reason we require a deposit. It helps to motivate self centered individuals as your self to keep your word and contract. In New England states your word is a legal binding contract in the court of law. You broke your word!
