Josh was fantastic. His communication was excellent during the entire trip, which is super important. He picked up my boat on time and took great care of it during the long journey from Texas to Washington. He even greased the wheel bearings because one was leaking. His knowledge of the roads and the regulations in each state were also extremely helpful. And he washed the boat before he delivered it. I couldn't be happier with his service, and he's a super nice guy too. Highly recommended.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period This provider was very responsive and communicated well before now. But this week I have not been able to reach him by phone or email, and have not received a response to phone, text or email messages. I suspect something happened to him or to his means of communication, because he was on top of things before this. So I need to cancel this and then get another provider. I hope that he is ok. I don't really want to rate him based on this.
