A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I was not able to get the required oversize/overweight permit needed to haul this tractor from Illinois. And my Owner/Operator figured that after sitting for the weekend and not getting the permit he would take a different load. I have kept in touch with Suleiman and kept him up to date as to the problems we were having.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Customer said the tractor wasn't ready when the posting said it was ready now. We book it on Feb 16th as we had a driver to pick it up for the rate given. Customer said that tractor wasn't ready until Friday 19th and needs it delivered by Monday 22nd at the port. Due to the National weather challenges going on that week there was a shortage of drivers and customer decide to extend to Saturday even that the driver was $500 expensive however the driver cancel as too risky rush the winter snow.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I have made every effort to ensure this shipment get done as easy as possible but this guy kept telling one story after another and also ask me to pay $500 extra to which i accept just to get the shipment to the port on time. This guy is the most arrogant person I have met in my life, he never say a single sorry for the pain and loss he caused our business. WE missed shipping the tractor to meet tillage and planting season and we have to do everything late now. The consequences are very serious

These guys are awesome. We went through hell with the seller to load up the unit but these guys stuck with me and get the job done. Very prompt service and honest people to work with. Highly recommended.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The service provider report is false and I have email evidence to support it. Firstly, I made every effort to supply all documentation that the service provider requested and where I don't understand the request, I made genuine effort to ask for details. The service provider called the invoice I sent to him as FAKE. I made effort to connect the service provider to the seller of the equipment for verification. The Seller of the equipment contacted the service provider, but he was unprofessional.
