A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Transporters beware. Booked shipment w/ Judy Sun 5/21 1:30pm w/ a p/u between 5/26-6/5/23. As we are on the road, I didnt have a chance to email her right away & emailed her 5/23 around 2am w/ all details & confirmed the p/u dates. Around 11am she texts my assistant saying she hasnt heard from us. asst replies we emailed her & confirmed again. 5 minutes later she cancels. I text and call her to resolve. She says she can't wait and will be on vacation. So why accept in the first place?

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I did call and reach out to the shipper I try reaching out days before the shipment never got a hold of the shipper try texting never received a text message until the day before I was not waiting around and I already out of the area

They did not deliver my furniture piece, said they tested and and said I have yourdelivery call me tomorrow. When she called them no answer.. I heard from them after they were halfway back to bring my piece back to me! After they dropped it off I had a damaged leg and other damages. That explains it all! Do not use.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Transporter did not show up at the appointed time and said cold he come a week later and I said yes and he still did not show up and when I texted him he said for me to cancel. ery unprofessional and wasted over a week of my time.
