I had a queen size mattress, box spring and metal bed frame... not the easiest things to package. The driver provided mattress bags and blanket wrapped the frame, so I didn't have to do anything. Everything went very smoothly and arrived in great condition. I was just surprised to find out the mover was one person and we had to help with moving the items. Also, I had to initiate much of the communication.
