The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The provider stated that their terminal manager would not pick up a piece of machinery that was not completely enclosed in a crate.

Day late, pallet was "left across the street at our other warehouse in Columbus, OH." according to rep. Unit was unstrapped from our pallet, laid on its side and delivered on a different pallet than it was on when it left our dock. Never before have I had my straps removed by a freight company.

Shipment was in acceptable condition. I picked it up at their dock, they charged a "notify before delivery" fee of $15, 3 days after I picked it up. This fee was not disclosed anywhere prior to booking. It also took them almost 45 mins to find the pallet that was accidentally left on a truck that was moved back into the yard. Amateurish experience, won't use again.

Excellent, timely service. Pallet was handled well and they were very accommodating regarding holding the pallet at their hub for our driver to pickup. Will use again.
