THESE 2 PEOPLE MUST BE ON DRUGS , CALLED OUR PHONE AT LEAST 150 TIMES , WHICH IT WAS A DELIVERY FORM NEW YORK TO CHICAGO , WE PICKED UP IN NEW YORK , THEY GOT ON THE PLANE AND WHEN THEY LANDED ACTED LIKE WE WERE SUPPOSE TO BE SITTING THERE WAITING ON THEM, UNREAL THEN THEY LEAVE TOWN THE NEXT DAY AND RETURN TO START BACK HARRASSING US , WHAT IS WRONG WITH PEOPLE LIKE THIS WHO THINK 200 DOLLARS MAKES THEM THE ONLY CUSTOMER YOU NEED TO GO ACROSS THE COUNTRY, WOW LEAVE US NUETRAL WOW

To clear this up-I live in Chicago and my boyfriend who was moving here drove (no planes), but he couldn't fit all his belongings in the car. We did not expect that Martinez would deliver super quickly or anything, we just wanted to know approximately when we should be there to accept the delivery- but that wasn't told to us, until they arrived 4am on Christmas Eve. When we did reach them, they were short, but polite. Thanks for the deal but it was stressful bc of the VERY poor communication.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Hello,
I contacted our shipper directly to schedule this pick up, and the seller of the merchandise would not release the car that was to be shipped thus canceling the transaction. The shipper had said that they would refund my credit card. After I received my next credit card statement I contacted them again and they had said that the refund should be on the next one as it takes time. They said I didn't need to go through UShip as they could cancel the transaction directly. I have just re

Everything was delivered in perfect condition. The comment we have to make it neutral was the communication on pick-up and drop-off was stressful. It was due to Martinez's phone being broken upon pick up, so we missed the original pick up date by a few days. Upon delivery, the phone was left in the van while it was being repaired, so drop off was hard to schedule. This was all around Christmas too, so with travel plans it was a stressful situation. We do appreciate the service, thanks!

This is unreal , they set their own date without contacting me we still got there and made it happen , so on pick up the board a plane and when they landed they expected us to be at their place ,, why does everyone feel like you can drive something from new york to chicago for 175 dollars without any other deliverier , they were calling us like crazy for no reason , then they were always gone , we get a neutral feedback with a positive response , just shows who they are
