A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved the weather closed down the freeway so we had to reschedule to a later date. Our next availability is further out than the customer can accommodate so we are issuing a refund. thanks for your understanding.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment company that was booked was great at communicating around what time they would be picking up my pet, they did contact us when they had vehicle issues and when they had road closure. They said they couldn't reschedule the transportation until the week of the 26th, unfortunately this does not work with the time frame I have been given to transport my pet to me. I would like to relist my transportation for my pet asap, after a full refund has been granted. No problems with the company, they are jus
