Oh, this guy is good. First, he didn't beat the competitor's bids by a few dollars, he beat them by a few hundred dollars. Second, he gave me a two week delivery date and beat that by a week. Third, and most important of all to me, he not only delivered my bike without a scratch and kept me informed of his schedule at all times; he made me remember something from the past that is all but forgotten today.
