A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Dear U-Ship Customer Support, Unfortunately, the shipper that I accepted the bid from was not able to adjust his schedule in the time allotted. I contacted the person whom I was getting my little critter from and he was not able to adjust his schedule to the time frame the shipper gave me. I tried and tried to figure out a way to make this work and it just couldn't. The person I was getting my critter from is going away to college. Therefore, I am forced to cancel my shipment. I am

I am very happy with Jill and the delivery of my horse. My horse arrived in perfect condition. Jill was good about communication too.
