Great customer service skills, Hugh rescued the deal with a difficult seller after rival driver dropped the ball and almost cost me the sale. Will definitely use again.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Was unable to converse with the seller directly to agree a mutually beneficial time for them both and almost cost me the deal. Had to rent a van in the end and get it myself - disappointed as I feel it could have been handled better.

Martin was not only extremely professional and courteous, he was prompt (collected / delivered within hours) and kept both myself and the seller fully updated every step of the way. Couldn't have gone about the job better. Very impressed and I wont hesitate to accept his next bid. After an initially disappointing experience at the hands of another provider "scottsrus72" who had let me down badly, my faith in the uship service has been completely restored thanks

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Missed two promised collection dates, did not even bother to keep seller or myself informed. I can only assume the service provider cant honour his bid, so have no choice but to find someone capable.
Totally let down.
