I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. Tried to contact multiple times between email and phone. Need EXACT STREET address of pickup and delivery.No response.

Javan was very hard to deal with when I got to pickup point it was 80 miles further than it was posted as. First the call just stated to him I would have to jack up and block the trailer so I could hook up to it. He was very rude when called about a tire blow out and stated I was a trucker to change it. would not ever recommend anyone to work for him he is a jerk and thinks you owe him everything and wants you to work for nothing, BEWARE BEWARWE BEWARE. very bad transport deal.

Driver Called at 3am. Woke me up, wanted me to come and change his tire 200 mi away on the turnpike, or call some one to do it. said he wasn't able to change the tire. I got a little grouchy. I could have been more professional and friendly. I did pay extra for the extra 80 miles.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period He stopped responding to messages and I replied to his messages and he didn't respond to them

Called and complained about hooking up trailer.

called when I got to pickup and found fifth wheel trailer setting on the ground and would not raise on electric jacks high enough. had to jack up unit and block it up to get it hooked to my truck. This shipper is the worse I have ever dealt with very rude and did not want to release payment after I picked up and delivere3d it in one day. I even loaded a fifth wheel hitch and transported it for free. Javan was very hard to deal with I even left with unit because he was not at drop off and no pay.
