The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Service provider at first could not accomodate my shipment due to mechanical issues. Was told someone else was picking up the shipment, of which they never showed up or called with explanation or to re-schedule. I ended up going to pick up the shipment myself.

these people are real young and very good with brand new equipment very happy with shipment I will call them again I buy about a $100,000. of boats every year

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period Spoke with service provider and he was suppose to get back to me to schedule the date. Tried to reach him several more times but have not received any phone calls back.

this job was postponed due to my job heading south being cancelled. I tried to find another job to keep this shipment and had no luck. I did call customer and left messages with his secretary. Lack of communication at his office.
