After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer Called the customer several times. He asked to have pickup the next day after booking, or else. Offered to relist the shipment and offered options. He said "that just won't cut it". Asked him to calm down and look toward a solution. Thats when he hung up and wouldn't return phone call.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time the service provider was supposed to pick up the shipment by the 10th and deliver it within 5 days after. i made multiple attempts to reach him but he didn't return my calls till after his time ran out and told me he wasn't going to pick it up

pickups & deliveries to remote areas are always tough to schedule. I said i'd do my best to make this pickup work; there just aren't many jobs near paducah, ky & he didnt want to pay additional. Our service may become more flexible in future; always working to improve.
