Very POOR communication. Said pick up day would be one day, day came and they changed it, the change date came they went MIA texted two days later saying something broke. finally came after a third reschedule told them needed to know early for delivery so someone would be there for pickup NOTHING. NO communication on delivery at all a week after when they asked for payment. Stressful for those first ever using USHIP.
