Car paint damage down to the body upon delivery because other items were shipped in the closed trailer. Driver drove in the car without direct permission. Company was not insured to deliver vehicles. They provided compensation to repair paint but it was insufficient to restore to the original condition. Do not recommend. Response from ericl239: Not true. Car's paint was ruined long before I got it, like it'd sat on a beach for months, or under a pine tree, IDK. Not damaged by other shipments, a piece of cardboard rubbed it.She's up a very steep hill, I unloaded at the bottom and drove it up. My T&Cs define my insurance, she accepted them. No matter, the small damage was less than a deductible and I paid it, an amount she determined and agreed to. I doubt she spent the money to fix the ugly paint anyway. A year later, this review?? Why?
