The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Shipment includes a job box 5””x6” full of attachments and hoses. And a 3/4 full pallet of blast medium. Grossly going over weight and size listed.

I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. After multiple attempts by me and uShip to get the pick up location, I was unable to get in touch with the shipping customer.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I accepted the customers offer. As long as pick up could be made this evening. After speaking with the customer. He told me the pick up location was closed for the day. I said, I had accepted with a pick up of today, because I couldn’t wait to pick up. As I had previously scheduled pick ups. I tried calling the pick up location and seeing if they could possibly have someone meet me after hours. As they have an after hours call center. The call center confirmed that no one could meet me tonight.
