Marianne was A very nice person to deal with she kept me informed as to what the details on the shipment and also was very informative as to where to place the item that was being moved she was a little off on the weight but other than that everything went well thank you for the business and I would ship for her again at anytime

Mr. Prince accomplished the move on the day we expected. The sofa bed could not be brought in the house through the front door. After many attempts he then took it around to the back of the house and came in through the porch. The move was frustrating. Mr. Prince kept his composure and persisted until the job was done.

I was hired to pick up and deliver this sofa for the customer and I was not going to leave it outdoors in the rain the couch was to wide to fit through the front door and the only other option was to bring it in through the porch which had a larger opening than the door it was to go through I will go above and beyond to make a customer happy and to finish the shipment what ever it takes to complete

The shipment arrived in fine condition. Communication could have been much better. Shipment was expected to be delivered on Monday, but delivery was made on Tuesday.
