I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period This shipment was booked several weeks ago. We sent the shipper our address, contact information, and business hours. We are open Saturdays. The shipper called and said he was told we are not open weekends, so he would have to cancel. They never cancelled, we have emailed them again, and called at least a dozen times with no response. This shipper should not be part of your site. Our buyer of the item to be shipped is extremely angry regarding this.
