Cris was very easy to work with as she had everyone on the same sheet from pick up to delivery. I was paid promptly, I would do business with her again.

Customer was really organized and helpful.

Service provider describes himself as specializing in antique delivery but is driving an open pick-up truck. He did wrap the bureau very well and there was no damage but we chose not to include the painting and carpet due to the open truck and now we will have to start all over again and invest more money to receive shipment. He did not comply with listing's deadline for pick-up.

Cristina called this morning after leaving negative yesterday just to get a reaction. Client chose not to include items in transit because of anger mgt. issues & removed from cab after verbal OK to send. 2 weeks ago I went to dc to pickup & client was NOT flexible with p/u date & time so we rescheduled other jobs asap. I was called everything + stupid, unprofessional plus I made 400 mi extra trip to deliver bureau + police, legal action threats. Delivered bureau yes, but i wasn't perfect.

Michael (SemperFi) is very organized, responsible and unflappable. He also can be trusted with high value furniture because he knows how to wrap and pack without even being told what needs to be done. I had a fragile table to be shipped long distance and it arrived blanketed and shrink wrapped in perfect condition. For my part I was willing from the get-go to be very flexible with pick-up and drop-off times. Michael is smart, polite, honest and direct.

I am a first time UShip user and I cannot tell you how happy I am with the experience. Mikheev stayed in touch and he was on time. No stress. Very professional. In fact, he did much better than our movers.
