Feedback Diamonds are awarded to uShip members for achieving a 10 or higher feedback rating. uShip members receive:
- +1 to their feedback rating for each positive review left by a transaction partner.
- 0 to their feedback rating for each neutral review left by a transaction partner.
- -1 to their feedback rating for each negative review left by a transaction partner.
This is what the different color diamonds mean:
Yellow Diamond = 10 to 24 rating
Blue Diamond = 25 to 49 rating
Turquoise Diamond = 50 to 99 rating
Purple Diamond = 100 to 199 rating
Red Diamond = 200 to 399 rating
Green Diamond = 400 or more rating
Note: In general, a high feedback rating is an indication of a trustworthy member, but you should always read all feedback reviews and independently verify any credentials provided.
