2 heavy equipment items for transport

NO AUTOMATED OR GENERIC REPLIES OR BIDS PLEASE, THEY WILL BE IGNORED. I WAS BURNED THE LAST TIME I BOOKED. To be clear, I am asking for a quote to haul 2 machines, a set of forklift style forks and 3 additional backhoe buckets on the same flatbed, from Madison, Indiana to Trout Creek, Montana (roughly 2000 miles). The 3 backhoe buckets and forks can be neatly arranged on the front of the loader to take up minimal space. You will need to verify that your tractor trailer combo can haul a 40k pound payload, is sized appropriately for the length/width/height (clearly listed below) and has the capability to load them. Both machines are fully operational and I will have someone there to drive them on/off at both the pickup and drop off locations. The specs for both machines are in this request but feel free to ask any questions you may have. This is not a "hot shot" run someone will be able to make in their F450, it needs to be a tractor/trailer run.
