REQUIREMENTS: 1. Transported in a box, truck or enclosed trailer from pickup to delivery. 2. BOL (E-BOL Preferred) 3. PHOTOS - At Pickup & Delivery 4. In-home pickup & room of choice delivery with debris removal a. Most items require 2 people to properly handle. Plan accordingly and bring help if needed. 5. Blanket wrap service and/or packing/crating (including all proper materials) 6. Pickup/Delivery - Standard from 8:00am - 6:00pm, unless agreed differently by customer. COMMUNICATION: 1. Within 24 hrs - Contact pickup and delivery locations to confirm booking 2. Within 24-48 hrs - Contact delivery location prior to appointment to provide arrival notice 3.
