Deliver a Rescue Foster Kitten to his Forever Home

Stevie is a 4 month old rescue foster kitten that has been thankfully adopted by a welcoming family in Illinois. He is very lovable and sweet! He would enjoy being held and petted if the right person has time to do so now and then, safely, while on the journey to his new home. Whoever transports him will need to be a person who is good with cats, has a crate large enough for a litter pan, a food and water dish, and a blanket. He's on dry kibble to make traveling easier. He must have access to water at all times because he's a big fan of it. :) I will provide two dishes, some bottled water, his kitten food, and a small blanket. I can also provide a litter pan, scoop, litter, and plastic bags if needed,
