SnoCat Specialty off-highway vehicle

The pickup is at the SnoTrac dealer, but the drop of is at the head of a curvy, seasonal one-lane dirt road through woods with steep grades (there is no way for a trailer to get to the destination - or to turn around even if it did somehow manage it). Therefore, the snowcat will need to be driven off the trailer at the road head so I can drive it to its final destination about 1/4 mile down the road. I will need to know a few days in advance the exact day that it will arrive so I can arrange to be there to do that. I don't need an arrival window on the delivery day, but it MUST be offloaded well before dark.
