9 week old papillon puppy

This puppy (female) is for my kids who recently lost their dog to some coyotes. The puppy is actually a great grandaughter of our current family dog so this will be a very nice meaningful addition. I'm a USHIP newbie, so I don't know if this is common in shipping, but please don't flake out like the shipper I accepted last week who only spoke with me for 20 seconds to acknowledge the shipment that they will be there and then leave us completely hanging despite friendly and flexible messages I left the days leading up and the day of...it just really sucked for the kids as they were really expecting the puppy.
