10x10 storage unit move with couch, bed, boxes

This is a 10x10 storage unit move to another 10x10 storage unit. The storage facility has a large freight elevator. The unit is on the 3rd floor. The 10x10 storage unit being picked up from has a 3 foot diameter pillar in it (this shouldn't cause and issues, just explaining what you may see in the photo) All items can be carried or move by a single person except for: 1 large couch 1 bed mattress 1 spring box There are 8 more medium sized boxes that are not in the picture which will be in the storage unit which need to be moved as well. There are 2 boxes with styrofoam airplanes in them. They are easy to lift but can't have anything put on top of them. Boxes will be properly taped and loose items will be organized and a inventory list with pictures will be provided to try and make the move as easy as possible. Thank you!
