Tempur-pedic mattress and Adjustable Base

These two items are very heavy and would require two strong people to carry them downstairs from my 3rd floor unit. Also, to get them into the ending location (with no stairs). I need them picked up no later than October 27th. I would like them delivered after November 15th because that's when I'm closing on my new condo.
