8 foot storage unit move

I have about 30-35 boxes, some camping gear, a couple suitcases, and a table that needs to go from Reno to San Diego. It's currently in an 8' storage unit with lots of room to spare. I think it's about 300 cubic feet. Could fit in a 10' or 12' box truck. Drop off in San Diego is a shipping warehouse, the guys at that end will unload the truck. On the Reno end I can load or help load if that helps lower my cost. thanks
